The gap

Your team already uses AI. Nobody set the rules.

Staff are pasting client work into chatbots on their own. Security belongs to whoever has a spare hour, and the insurance renewal shows up as a surprise every year. Your IT team keeps things running day to day. Policies, risk decisions, and AI need an owner too, and that is where we come in, working alongside them.

How it works

Start with a plan. Keep an operator.

The Blueprint tells you where AI saves time and where your security has gaps. The Operator Program builds and runs what the Blueprint recommends, month after month.

Step 1

The 21-Day Do More With Less Blueprint

21 days. $4,500 or $7,500, flat. About 2 hours of your time, total.

Before the final readout, your AI policy is adopted and one small automation or security fix is live.

Step 2

The Operator Program

From $4,000 a month. Most clients start with the Blueprint.

A monthly retainer for AI, automation, and security leadership. One pool of hours you split between building and securing, every quarter.

Why RSG Logic

One operator for AI and security.

Security firms rarely build. AI agencies rarely know security. We do both, and we stay out of your IT company's lane.

No rip and replace

Keep the IT company you have. They keep the help desk, devices, and passwords. We bring the AI builds, the security leadership, and the plan they can follow.

We find what fits the job

We start with your requirements and work with you to find the right tool: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Power Automate, or a custom build. Then we secure it. We resell nothing and take no platform commissions.

Built safe from day one

Every automation meets the same security floor: a permission check, safe handling of its logins, human review for anything touching clients, money, or commitments, and logging. Nothing goes live that we could not explain to your insurer.

Questions

What firms ask before the first call.

Do you replace our IT company?

No. We work alongside the IT provider you already have. They keep the help desk, devices, and day-to-day support. We handle AI and automation builds and security leadership, and we write our recommendations so your IT provider can act on them.

Which AI tools do you use?

We find what fits the job. We start with your requirements and work with you to choose: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Power Automate, or a custom build. We resell nothing and take no platform commissions, so the recommendation is about your firm, not our margin. Whatever we pick, we secure it.

What does the Blueprint cost, and how long does it take?

$4,500 for firms up to 50 employees and $7,500 for 51 to 150. It takes 21 days and about 2 hours of your time in total. Blueprints start on the 1st and the 15th, and we take on 4 a month. Pay in full, or 50% at the start and 50% at the readout.

Do we have to sign a retainer after the Blueprint?

No. The Blueprint stands on its own: you keep the roadmap, the policies, and the automation spec, and your IT provider can build from them. If you do want us to keep going, the full Blueprint fee is credited toward the first quarter of an Operator Program retainer when you sign within 30 days of the readout.

Do you do help desk or device support?

No. Password resets, printers, and device support stay with your IT provider. That is on purpose: it keeps our time on the work that changes how your firm runs.

Where do you work?

In person across the Phoenix metro. Remote across Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Southern California.

The first call

What happens on the 30-minute call.

No slides and no sales script. Bring whatever is on your mind: an AI tool your team already uses, an insurance renewal, a vendor questionnaire, or a hunch that something is off.

1

We ask about your firm

Your size, your IT provider, the tools your team uses, and when your next cyber insurance renewal lands. You talk with our principal consultant, who leads the work.

2

You ask us anything

AI, security, insurance, HIPAA, pricing, or how we would work with your IT provider.

3

We tell you if the Blueprint fits

If it does, we explain the scope, the payment options, and the next start date. If it does not, we say so and tell you what we would do first instead. There is no obligation.

Blueprints start on the 1st and the 15th of each month. We take on 4 Blueprints a month.
