For independent insurance agencies: AI that saves service hours, with client data kept safe.

Your producers and service team spend their days on policy checking, renewals, and endorsements. We find where AI and automation take that load off, secure what we build, and work alongside the IT company you already have.

What we hear

More policies to service, the same size team.

Agency use of AI tripled in two years, and more than half of agencies have no written rules for it.

  • Service work crowds out selling

Policy checking, endorsements, certificates, and renewal packets take hours every day. Account managers become paperwork processors.

  • Staff are already using AI on their own

Coverage comparisons and client emails are getting pasted into chatbots. Without a policy, nobody knows which tools or what client data are involved.

  • Client data carries real obligations

Agencies hold personal and financial information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and state insurance data security rules. Carriers and your own insurer ask how you protect it.

What we build

Automations that take work off the desk.

Three examples of what we build for independent insurance agencies. Your Blueprint picks the ones that fit your firm. We find what fits the job: we start with your requirements and work with you to choose the right tool, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Power Automate, or a custom build. We resell none of them.

Example

Policy checking prep

Compare a new policy against the quote or the expiring policy and list every difference for an account manager to review. People still make the call on coverage.

Service inbox triage

Sort incoming certificate requests, endorsement changes, and billing questions, route each to the right person, and draft a first reply for them to edit.

Renewal packet assembly

Gather the renewal documents, prior-year details, and open items for each account into one packet, ahead of the renewal meeting.

Security and compliance

What we secure before anything goes live.

Every automation touches client data, so the security work comes with it, not after it.

  • An AI use policy staff can followWhich tools are approved, what client information may go into them, and who to ask.
  • Email and payment fraud controlsMulti-factor authentication (MFA) on email and carrier portals, and a call-back step before any change to payment or premium instructions.
  • Access that matches the jobAgency management system and carrier portal access reviewed, and removed the day someone leaves.
  • Permission checks on every automationEach automation gets only the access it needs, with its logins stored safely.
  • Your own renewal, answered with evidenceThe cyber insurance questionnaire your agency fills out, backed by screenshots and settings, not guesses.

What we look at for independent insurance agencies
  • Where service and renewal work can be automated around your agency management system
  • Which AI tools your staff already use, and what client data has gone into them
  • A written AI use policy that fits how agencies actually work
  • Evidence for your own agency's cyber insurance questionnaire

Questions

Common questions from independent insurance agencies.

Will this work with our agency management system?

We start with the systems you already use. Most automation can work around an agency management system through email, exports, or the integrations it already offers. Where a system has no safe connection point, the Blueprint says so plainly instead of forcing it.

Can AI check policies on its own?

We do not design it that way. Automations do the gathering and comparing, and a person on your team makes every coverage decision. That keeps the time savings without handing judgment to a tool.

Do we have to replace our IT company?

No. Your IT provider keeps the help desk, devices, and passwords. We bring the AI builds and the security leadership, and we write our recommendations so your IT provider can act on them.
