For firms that want AI built and security run by one operator.

A monthly retainer for AI, automation, and security leadership. One pool of hours you split between building and securing, every quarter. We build the automations, keep them safe, and handle the security work nobody on your team has time for, alongside the IT company you already have.

Three tiers

Pick by how much you want built each quarter.

Every tier includes security leadership and at least one automation per quarter. The difference is how much we build, how fast we respond, and who we report to.

Partner

Firms running several automation projects at once, or reporting to a board.

Each quarter: two automations or one major build shipped, an owner or board report, and incident response on call.

  • Everything in Growth, plus:
  • Two automation projects per quarter, or one major build
  • Incident response on call
  • Quarterly reporting to owners or the board
  • Priority response
$10,000per month

Up to 150 hours per quarter

  • Part-time security leadership
  • AI acceptable use policy and safe setup of the AI tools you use
  • At least one small automation per quarter
  • Policies kept current
  • Quarterly risk review
  • Next-business-day response
$4,000per month

Up to 60 hours per quarter

Talk about Core

Prices are per month. $4,000 onboarding fee only if you start the Operator Program without a Blueprint, waived on a 12-month term. Blueprint clients never pay it. Unused hours do not roll over. Hours come from one pool you split between AI and automation and security each quarter.

Onboarding

No onboarding fee after a Blueprint.

The $4,000 onboarding fee applies only when you start the Operator Program without a Blueprint, and it is waived on a 12-month term. A Blueprint client never pays it. Every 12-month client also gets:

  • A yearly incident tabletop exercise
  • A yearly owner security briefing
  • A staff training refresh
How it starts

Most clients start with the Blueprint.

The Blueprint gives the first quarter a plan, and its fee carries over. It is not strictly required: firms with a recent assessment can start the Operator Program directly.

Step 1

The 21-Day Do More With Less Blueprint

21 days. $4,500 or $7,500, flat.

A readiness score, risk map, 12-month roadmap, and the spec for your first automation. Before the final readout, your AI policy is adopted and one small automation or security fix is live.

Step 2

The Operator Program

From $4,000 a month.

The full Blueprint fee is credited toward the first quarter of an Operator Program retainer if you sign within 30 days of the readout.

The math

What a full-time security leader costs.

Most firms of 25 to 150 people do not need a full-time chief information security officer (CISO). They need the judgment and the work, sized to the firm.

$380K

Average base salary for a CISO in Phoenix. Base only, before bonus and benefits.

Source: Salary.com, Phoenix, AZ ($380,591, May 2026).

$78,000

A full year of the Growth tier, with automation builds included.

The salary figure is base pay only, as the source defines it. A retainer is not a full-time hire, and it is not meant to be one.

Questions

About the retainer.

We have more than 150 employees. Can we work with you?

Yes. Larger firms usually fit the Partner tier, or we build a custom scope with more hours and projects per quarter. Over 150 employees? The Blueprint starts at $12,000 and we set the fixed price on a 30-minute call.

Do we have to do the Blueprint first?

Most clients start with the Blueprint. Firms with a recent assessment can start the Operator Program directly. Starting without a Blueprint adds the $4,000 onboarding fee, waived on a 12-month term. The full Blueprint fee is credited toward the first quarter of an Operator Program retainer if you sign within 30 days of the readout.

How does the pool of hours work?

Each tier has a quarterly pool of hours. You decide with us how to split it between AI and automation work and security work, and the split can change every quarter. Unused hours do not roll over.

Do you replace our IT provider or our help desk?

No. Password resets, printers, and device support stay with your IT provider. We handle AI and automation builds and security leadership, and we write our work so your IT provider can support it.

Which AI tools do you build with?

We find what fits the job. We start with your requirements and work with you to choose: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Power Automate, or a custom build. We resell nothing and take no platform commissions. Whatever we choose together goes through the same security floor.

How fast do you respond?

Core is next-business-day. Growth is same-day. Partner gets priority response and incident response on call.

Do you monitor our systems around the clock?

No. We do not provide around-the-clock monitoring. Your IT provider or a managed detection provider stays first stop for outages and alerts. We coordinate with them and can help you choose one.

Who owns what you build?

Your firm owns its accounts, automations, and documentation, and keeps them if you leave. We keep our own reusable templates and methods.

What does the 12-month term change?

$4,000 onboarding fee only if you start the Operator Program without a Blueprint, waived on a 12-month term. Blueprint clients never pay it. You also get a yearly incident tabletop exercise, a yearly owner security briefing, and a staff training refresh.
